A Cleveland native and Army veteran, Tommy Calfee attended Cleveland State University before earning his master’s in nursing from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga.
Calfee has a wide range of medical experience, including ER and ICU medicine, hospice care, and family care. He also specializes in hormone replacement therapy for men and women.
Realizing that medical conditions can affect mind, body, and spirit, Calfee takes a holistic approach to patient care. As a CrossFit gym owner, he’s committed to helping people stay healthy and active at every stage of life.
Born and raised in Chattanooga, she realized as a child there was a great need for nursing in the area which led her to getting my bachelors from UTC. She practiced nursing in many different arenas to include oncology, gastroenterology, cardiology, surgery and hospice. After being in the nursing field for 10 years, she felt a strong compassion for doing more in the community in regard to healthcare and earned her masters from Middle Tennessee State University in 2019.
She is trained in treating all ailments of primary care to include acute and chronic conditions and developing an individualized treatment plan to meet patient needs. She also specializes in weight loss at an intellectual level and provide tools on a one-on-one basis to sustain you new lifestyle.
Outside of her career, she enjoys spending time with her 2 children, Lailee and Terrick, shopping, reading and traveling.
Alexandra (Alex) graduated from Notre Dame High School and received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina. Alex also competed on USC’s track and cross country teams during her collegiate years. She then went on to complete her Physician Assistant studies at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN, where she received her Masters in Science Medicine. Alex has worked in the fields of family and geriatric medicine for the past 5 years and truly loves how primary care provides the opportunity to treat patients as a whole and build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
In her spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with her husband and son, playing soccer, cooking, hiking, calligraphy, and browsing the aisles of Target. She is thrilled to be back home in Chattanooga.
